It does not say anything about the pace
PACE is used to classify applications into groups for further action. E.g. below from IRCC policy documents

Anyone have any ideas about Ottawa VO

Why it is too slow?

Why they are not issued COPR?

My AOR January 19 2020
Same question ? Why isn’t Ottawa issuing PPRs? Has anyone on this group heard anything on Ottawa VO? The wait is really intolerable now

Security screening is a fairly opaque process, if it's in progress that's good. There is nothing an applicant can do to change the pace of processing or the outcome. Personally if this was my application I wouldn't bother with another copy of the Gcms Notes, instead raise a web form and the response you are looking for is that Security is "valid" That's an indication enough that security is done. More about web form responses at
Are you sure the responses we get are similar to the link you posted?
This is the response I am getting from them.

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize the application as soon as possible.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

This does not say if my security check has started or biometric is completed. Is there a template I can use to get the answers you provided in the link?

Their workers don't have laptops to work at home so they are getting paid to do nothing. Also, Ontario is in lockdown.

There is no template per se, but ask about eligibility, criminality, background, security... generic questions about status will elicit a generic response. If you search through the forum for web form responses you will notice a wide variety of responses. If possible you can also call and inquire as well.

Hello everybody!
I received my AOR on January 5th 2021 . This is my status:

Review of eligibility- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results -You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents -
We do not need additional documents.
Interview- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics- We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Regarding the medical exams, does this means that I have passed them and I have moved to IP2 stage (and any day i might expect the email for the passport)? Or I haven't passed them and I have to wait?

Thank you in advance!
You probably are in the wrong group buddy. This is Jan 2020 AOR's group.

I created a webform but have not got any update. it has been more than a week now. Do you know the number to call CPC-Ottawa? Thanks
Well, I raised a couple of web forms a few weeks back and I am yet to get a reply. Hang in there!!

It seems like everything was passed as per your notes, so the new notes won't bring anything new.

As regards re-med, if your meds have expired then IRCC may have granted an extension. Check your MyCIC account, what does the MEP say?

Your application looks in good shape, if you don't see an update about medicals on MyCIC account then raise a web form.

As for another set of Gcms Notes, yes there are delays with obtaining those from IRCC. You have a choice in obtaining it from IRCC or CBSA see https://bit.ly/34nuJPu
