Exactly 11 months.

Anybody waiting for webform reply? I am waiting since last week.
Frankly speaking their response time was better in peak Covid months - March,April,May. I always got reply within 4 days.
Now a days even webform reply is delayed.

They ask for an updated account statement showing a 6-month average.
