Me, AOR Jan 8th all is approved as per GCMS but no PPR. VO Ottawa (primary) and Singapore (secondary)
I just ordered another GCMS to see if there's an update.

Jan 10th 2020 AOR. All passed but final decision pending since many months.

@legalfalcon and rest of forum, Requesting your guidance: I would like to include my spouse in the application, from non-accompanying to accompanying considering the pandemic and delays. Would this include recalculation of CRS? Can this cause further delays?

If you created your profile based on your spouse as non-accompanying and now you wish to change that to accompanying, your CRS score will be recalculated.
