@legalfalcon

Good evening! My AOR is 21st January 2020 under FSW-Inland category. As per GCMS notes, application has been approved since end of July 2020 but still not closed. I have not received COPR and this is the last step. This December 19th, I will be completing 1 year of Canadian Work Experience. If I submit my 1 year of work experience letter through web form, will my application category be moved from FSW-Inland to CEC?

No your program category will not change. The application is locked when it is submitted and any changes after an application has been submitted, do not matter.

Also, an applicant may be eligible for multiple programs at the same time, FSW and CEC.

Changing to CEC will not make your application move faster.

Hi, I got PPR in October. What happens if the return label from FedEx that I have sent expires? I have sent my passports towards the end of October to Ottawa, but there is no update yet. The return label expires end of December. What should I do if it gets late than that? Will they ask for another return label? Will it delay the process again? Or will I be able to extend it?

Got a Passport Submission request today.. Finally!
AOR : Jan 13,2020
Stream : FSW-O
Current Place : USA
VO office : Montreal
Medical Extension : Oct-8,2020
Passport Submission Request : 12-Dec-2020

Congratulations

I called IRCC last night and got to know that they extended my medicals on the 28th of November for 6 months. My profile reflects the old date still. I guess the COPR will have the correct date

My medical got expired in October and I got a extension on 1st October. From your talk with IRCC, it means maybe my medical was also extended by 6 months, which expires by the end of March.

Hi friend, Oh...Our timelines are very similar. I received PPR 26th Nov and sent my passport! I hope they have extended mine too. Pls, share your COPR and Visa expiry dates once you got them in hand. thanks

Hi guys! hope you're all doing great.
As per my GCSM notes the final decision on the application is "approved" and my AOR is January 1st.
It also says that a COPR has been issued (but not sent to me) on September 29th and it expires in a year, however I am yet to receive any PPR or COPR.
what does this mean? why would they issue a COPR but not send it? My VO is Ottowa.

I realized that many people in our situation are starting to speak out in this thread. I sent a webform to inquire about that particular case. I will post their reply here once I get it as a reference. I hope you send your own inquiry and do the same too so we may find some answers. Hang in there, buddy!
