Hi @EE_Applicant_AOR_Jan09 ,

Hope you are well and safe.

Sorry for the late reply but it is due to time zone difference.

GCMS: "Appears RFV"
and I have the same comment (you mentioned) in my online application, Final Decision Section.

I am PNP

Can I start packing :) Hope it is a good sign.
Thank you so much for your reply. Have you called to the Agent to confirm it?
If you did not call yet then you can call the cic number and confirm your application decision.

@legalfalcon had ordered my gcms notes and noticed it had EE PACE instead of COVID PACE that most ppl have on their gcms notes. what does that mean?

EE Pace / COVID Pace etc. are acronyms used by IRCC to categorise the applications. They do not mean that your application is on hold and neither do they signify term from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

If this has been used to signify a group, then it merely means that your application has been placed in a group that is the EE Pace group.

Yes I did call on 21st August. They said that my application is in London VO and I have to contact LVO. They were not able to display any info, this is what they said. I sent an email and webform to LVO but no reply since then. The lady asked me how are you calling us, I answered via internet call. I hope that is not an issue to worry about. Please advise.

PACE is a term used by IRCC in their procedures and a few references to it in their manuals are mentioned below as examples (there are more). Overall, it's a term used to categorise and identify applications

PACE:
Application is undergoing processing.
Notification will be sent in due course.

For CPC-O or CIO:
• If the Paper File section > Location field indicates PACE; and
• Processing times have passed; and
• The Due date in the Application Assignment section has NOT passed:
o reply to client using the text Processing times passed or not -No action required

OR

• If the Due date has passed; and
• The processing times have passed; and
PACE is indicated or not, regardless of the 4-month timeframe:
o follow this procedure; and
o reply to client using the text Transfer to office.

Hope that everyone else receives theirs soon!
