Hi everyone, my AOR is Jan 9th, and I am an inland applicant with dependant a wife who is Italian Citizen and currently living with me in Canada on ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization). 2 weeks ago I ordered my GCMS notes. 2 days ago I got a reply, Assessment section says
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Req:
Final: Approved
I have some questions like when I check my status online it says,” We are still reviewing if you meet the eligibility.” Furthermore, the Background section says,” In Process.” Can anyone please guide me regarding this? I will really appreciate.

Hi, Congratulations!
I can relate. My application has been approved as per my GCMS notes but the status online is exactly the same as yours.
I have been a silent follower of this forum and from what I have read, it only updates when the CoPR is issued.
I guess we'll just have to keep waiting patiently:)

Congratulations Guys. Looks like your decision is made and its just a matter of time you receive the rest of the things.

So this assessment section is a combined section for both you and your wife ? I mean the Eligibility, criminality.Medical etc here reflects your wife's assessment as well ?

Hi. I have a question. My uci number just got updated from CAN to ten digit number and progress bar appeared.
What does it mean?
Fsw outland
Aor 20 may 2020 without medical
Medical submission 2 july.

Hello everyone!!
i have a question if someone can provide me woth an answer. “ if spouse is non-accompanying, then also i require to send consent signed by him for gcms notes?’”

It's recommended that you do but not required. If you don't then IRCC will not release information pertaining to your spouse.

The temporary UCI number changes to a regular UCI number after the application crosses the R10 Completeness Check stage. So your file now is likely under the Eligibility Review stage.

Hi everyone, I am an outland PNP applicant. I just noticed that I had an update on my online account. My background check changed to "We are processing your background check" from being "Your application is in progress" for many months. AOR 17 Jan. Can anyone please make sense of this change please. Thank you.

That's correct.

Eligibility Review is a step process with the final say resting with the decision making authority who is the visa officer. The officer usually goes with the recommendation provided but doesn't have to.

Info sharing is part of Background Checks. Background Checks comprises of criminality, info sharing and security screening. Your file will move to security screening once Eligibility Review is "passed" by the officer.

Thank you.

To answer your first question and from what I read throughout multiple threads on here, it is NOT common for the chief analyst or officer to overturn the analyst’s recommandation but it does happen.

Info sharing is related to your background and security checks.

Hope that helps.

Thank you

Background check includes a few things; criminality, info sharing and security screening. As the file moves between different stages of this process you will see updates. Any update is a good sign and a sign of progress. Best view of the status can is captured on page 2 of the GCMS notes under the Assessment section

I ordered my GCMS notes. Eligibiliy is under "Review Required" since March. Please help me understand what is happening here? They evaluated a score of 419 instead of 469 because of work experience.
Here is the snapshot of work experience evaluation

Is my upcoming birthday going to further reduce my score. Validity of IELTS is going to expire too.
Did your work experience letter showed job duties?
