For CEC, COPR letters is sent to each primary applicant and dependents (if any). No landing interview. Just need to send photos for the actual PR card.
I also heard some folks received e-mail from IRCC asking if all dependents are physically available in Canada or not. Search on this forum why they received it. COPR validity is equal to medical test expiry so, It's recommended to call IRCC & confirm. They might ask you to send a web-form so that concerned office can take a call when/how COPR to be sent.

Hi - I am also PNP outland with application at CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia.
You are right Sydney, NV is slow processing center as compared to Ottawa. But its faster than few others like Montreal :)

In my case , eligibility is valid and background check is in progress ( per webform update as of 02 June )

I see that overall progress of my application is in line with processing time of 6 months.

I would suggest you to keep on following up with IRCC. For me , webform requests worked so far.I always received reply in 3-4 days.

I had raised GCMS notes in February for which I got reply in 30 days.

However, I raised one more GCMS request in April for which I received a note that indicates 60-90 days delay in GCMS processing.
I don't see any value in seeing status of application as of April in July/August.

Given current pandemic situation , I expect delayed approvals for our applications. Per this forum , most of the inland applications are currently being processed and approved. Considering that even last years' outland applications are pending approval , we need to wait.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot.

Hello, does someone receive the COPR ? I would like to know how long time do we have to wait after that your application has been approved? Mine has been approved on June 03th and I didn’t receive anything yet ( no email no mail) . On my account CIC, I see some information about my COPR, number and expired date .
My Application was approved on 1st June. I received the COPR for myself and Spouse on 3rd and till now have not received the COPR for the Kids.

Hi Everyone, just want to ask if its okay to raise several webforms? Raised two already...its been two weeks since the last response. Can I raise another to get updates?

"Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied."

Does this mean my eligibility is 'recommended met' or 'passed/valid'? Just wondering whether it has gone through the final senior officer or not..

I understand how it feels waiting so long for the PR and for the approval. I am just on the same boat.
I raised a web form recently and received my feedback on May 20. However, I want to wait until June 20 to raise my next one.

I would advise you the same? give it another two weeks and raise another one. I know that a change in the process of your application could happen in a blink of an eye for if you wait for another two weeks you would probably have a higher chance of seeing a progress in your application.

Good luck
