Just checked and saw the below change post my biometrics in February:

- March 5, 2020 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
There was no date when I last checked. Is this what a GU is?
I think that they only have an issue with their website. Seems like everybody is receiving the same email. I got it 4 times in half an hr.

Received the email twice in the last hour. I was guessing that we got this email as the application entered the 6th month without progress or maybe a glitch in the system.

Little out of Context here - can we apply for the SIN online too...I need to do it for my dependent ..
Same for me - I got this one mail "You may not have heard...." , even though the application is approved...
