Criminal Background	Valid
Eligibility	Under Review
Security Background	Not started

My AOR 29th Jan and right from the start, I was having the same status as you do with no change. I ordered GCMS on March 3rd and no update so far.

Hello, needed a suggestion. I am on 51% and estimated time left are 13 weeks. Further, the status shows background check hasn't started yet and also, eligibility is being reviewed.
Should I raise web-form and ask the status?
