@legalfalcon sir when last end of the year i ordered gcms notes my criminality was expired as my Indian pcc dat i submitted reached its expiry. IRCC didn't request for a new one though. Should I go ahead and apply for a new one instead of waiting for them to ask? Or should I wait? Or its the only pcc dat is applied to me as my country of residence is India so they will not at all required it again?

PCCs should only be sent when asked by IRCC.

If you have informed IRCC, do not worry about the 30 days. Even if it expires, which in most cases will, as it takes 3-5 weeks for IRCC to ever back.

You can pay the fee and send the receipt to IRCC via webform or wait for IRCC to contact you with a list of documents and then submit the fee receipt.
@legalfalcon do you need to pay the fees for non accompanying dependent as well?

@legalfalcon Good morning hope ypu are doing well. Once again we need your precious advices. We did our landing last month after receiving our PR. BUT we had to come back to France and then move back again in june into Canada for good. As our Pr card hasn't come yet we need to ask for a PRTD. In the checklist they ask us for at least two documents to prove our PR status. What can i present apart of my copr and the stamped page on my passport? We don't have anything else to provide to them. Can you help me with this inquiry? Thank you in advance.

Hi @legalfalcon & Forum
I received my Ready For Visa email just now. However, it was a joint PR FSW Outland (India) application by me and my spouse. Will she receive another email? Neither she or I have received an email regarding her Ready for Visa status. I am confused - does the primary applicant having received the email mean that the spouse's application is ready as well?

Also, the application requires - "The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants". Do we need to write this on a piece of paper or does it need to be certified. If it needs to be certified then how?

Congratulations please share ur timeline as well ur vo. And for the ready for visa mail is received by the primary applicant and not by all the dependents added in the application. It's just one email dat includes primary applicant and it's dependents. And for the height and colour der should be a form attached where u will fill ur details like height and eye colour.

The email does not include names or application number of dependent. It only has my name. Also, no form is attached

Also, any applicants from India who have submitted their passport recently? I cant find the VFS Passport appointment page.

This forum has been our only source of strength in this long wait. So happy to do our bit here:

Hi @RaghuramRoy how did your submit your passport via VFS? I am not getting any submission link on the page

@legalfalcon On the message above, I could find the link to submit my passport. But since it is a joint application, should i submit both passports?
The email only shows my UCI, Application number, Name and not my dependent's name.
Please help here _/\_

The email is always sent to the PA.

Usually, a Procedural Fairness letter is sent when something is amiss and IRCC wants to give a last opportunity to the applicant to provide their side or documents before a decision on their application is made.

see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...als/service-delivery/procedural-fairness.html

Some procedural fairness letters are simple and only require submission of some documents, while others can be more alarming.

Read the PFL carefully, and if you have addressed the concerns listed in the letter, you should be fine.

It can take 2-5 weeks before you receive a response and in some cases, there will be no response, but the processing will continue.
Great…this helps! It was just a request for documents. There’s nothing else hopefully! Looking forward to hear back from IRCC.
Thanks a ton @legalfalcon
