Got those on Jan 24, directly after Biometrics. My background check says we are processing your background check, we will send you a message if we need more information. And it's been like that ever since. Some never get GU and get their PPR in the mail suddenly. Others follow the IP1 IP2 etc pattern but there is golden rule about it.

yes, it updated like right away when i finish collected.

Aor - 9th January
MEP & BIL - 29th January
Bio given - 4th February
Called IRCC for status they said,

Eligibility - Met
Criminality - Passed
Security - not started.

Is this good progress for 30 days of processing? Any idea how much security check might take time?

Hey, you got any update on your application, specially eligibility review?

No nothing and not contacting them as it will only bring me frustration. With the corona outbreak now we have nothing else to do but wait. I was planning to order my GCMS notes in april but i think im gonna wait.
