Hey, @Rember8964. I've received my instruction letter on Friday. I recommend you to call IRCC and speak with an agent. I called them on Thursday and received the email the next day.

I called the agent on Monday, she said just keep waiting, they will send the letter later, could be a month wait. lol

Mine is exact the same as yours. I reached 100% yesterday!

Unfortunately IRCC was taking longer to process files even before COVID-19. Their stated goal has been to process 80% of the files in 6 months. It dropped to 60% in 6 months last year.

I have the same stream and VO, my status is the same too. I ordered my gcms notes, it says my eligibilty is passed, and security not started. So I guess yours is the same. Let's keep waiting!

The restaurant example is not clear though . But i agree with it being the same thing
