Actually I used the same reference letters, hope it shouldn't be problem.
Shouldn’t be. The worse thing they can do is to count your work experience for the current job only until the date of issue of the reference letter instead of until the date of submission. I guess you have more than enough of experience without those 2-3 months.

I claimed my points for previous experience. Current experience NOC is different with little senior post and I am working here since 1 year. I submitted the same profile for SINP and got nomination. But I am worried I don't know if they raise this issue and refuse the application as my current role belongs to a different NOC.

You have to meet two things:

1. select a primary NOC, in which you have 1 year of full time work ex.
2. Your NOC jd should match the JDs of your work reference.

The PNP nomination and IRCC PR application use different criteria. They have to be dealt separately.

Going forward you may see some delays.

But if you see an update, please post it here so that others can be a little optimistic.

It would also be helpful, if you provide details like your country of residence so that we can track which VOs are working and at what pace.

UPDATE

IRCC offices are working, but only with essential staff in office, and some from home. The GCMS notes are being released in small numbers each day.

However, as a courtesy, please refrain from sending emails for asking your VO, updates on your application, and all non essential queries. They can wait. Canada has declared a national emergency, and there are many important matters that have to be dealt with then you getting to know your VO, which is trivial and unessential.

Please do not flood IRCC emails or send webforms for insignificant things.

Please be considerate.

Hello, can someone elaborate between;
1. Background Verification
2. Security Background Verifications?
What are the things they check in above subjects?

BGC = Criminality and security.

Criminality happens early in the process, usually with R10 and security is the last stage.

Hi there, I have a question about the LMIA. I have an LMIA certificate and my current application status is IP2. Can I still apply EI without getting any trouble? Does the EI application affect my eligibility? Please help me. Thank you so much.
