No updates since...
It's now 35 months that I submitted my application.
Only God knows what's going with my application. Hope they finalize my application by the end of this year.

I have very similar timeline to you, AR Dec 31, 2018, and current status on ECAS is AR (transferred to Etobicoke). Everything is passed for me, however medical was just expired on oct 20 and IRCC says it's pending final review since June 2021. 35 months and no DM yet
