Today I got a reply through weform.

• The eligibility verification is currently valid.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.
• The medical examination results on file are valid.

I do not know why still no DM.

You don't need to. If you've paid, you wait for a letter from IRCC instructing you to go give biometrics. The letter from IRCC is proof that you've paid.

Hi guys, if you are in Canada and have given biometric say for a student visa in the last 5 years , do you still need to pay biometric fee for PR application?
