I am Nov 2019 inland applicant with inland dependents but still did not get DM even

I'm feb 2019 applicant, don't have any dependants inland or Outland, but still no update yet from ircc, and my medical is expired already. I'm so stressed and frustrated about my application.

Good day, i have recieved my COPR yesterday after 33 months of long wait. The information letter in messages is not opening though, it is a broken link. Can someone tell me what can i do to get it fixed. Will they also mail me that letter? What does that letter say ? Anyone can guide me on this who recently got their COPR?

Try to open in another browser like IE, Chrome or Firefox, other than you already tried. May be IE will open the letter... For PCC request letter i was not able to open in chrome but opened in IE. Give it a try...

Outland spousal sponsorship AOR is taking much longer since the switch to the processing office in Sydney so this is not surprising or uncommon.
