For Vancouver visa office people who got COPR letter from Vancouver visa office they should have that email because I had a Same situation and I sent email to Calgary office they sent me in 1 day after
Wow! That’s cool! Guess I need to see if anyone got from Vancouver. I’m in Toronto and all my friends got COPR from etobicoke. So I’m kinda confused why mine is in Vancouver. Lol
For Etobicoke this is a email CIC-ETOBICOKE-LANDINGS@CIC.GC.CA you can send to them if Etobicoke is your local visa office if you want to do that thanks

Yes I got my PR in October 2020 and my Aor was May 2019 what about your medical and if you Outland dependent you have wait otherwise you can apply GCMS notes you can get fully information about your file and this is Calgary office email just let them know about everything they gona reply you next day in working day’s CIC.calgary@cic.gc.ca
Just received my gcms notes. There's a portion where it says "virtual scanned application by july 6, 2020, effective date November 23, 2020. (Confusing)
