From my knowledge and understanding:
Q1) At some point biometrics I think was exempted but under current conditions? Best to check because I think they recently changed again. I'm sure they would ask you for biometric if they want it now though - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/biometrics.html
Q2) If you're saying you're seeing DM on ECAS and only Medical Passed on GC Key, I think I remember reading from other people that GC Key doesn't change until approved / COPR?
Q3) And yes I'm pretty sure you can get it early. The timeline is only an estimate. Some people get it earlier (yay!) but some do get it later
Others, please correct me if I'm mistaken on this information!

Need your advice,,, I am paper based applicant,, just did upfront medical and the physician panel submit the results report without UCI and application no.,,, Can I take the UMI sheet and submit it by myself?!! or let him (doctor) do by himself? which is better?
He told me that it will take long time due to submit the results without UCI !!
Your advices will be highly appreciated

You don’t need to have your UCI. Passport information is more than enough to submit the upfront medical by the panel physicians. Though, you need to submit the UMI sheet from your side via webform.

I guess there is a big queue for SINP applications, even i am also SINP(outland) waiting for DM.
Same with me too! May be the security screening is going on!! Who knows exactly!
I’m waiting on my GCMS notes to come to have a better view on what stage my application is!
Only thing possible is to wait, which is really a difficult thing! Though, you have got the DM. So the processing of application should be over. Just COPR would be remaining! Do not loose hope. You would get it soon.
You can try requesting for GCMS notes too. It would give you better insights on your application!

The ircc office r close in Ontario.gcms taking long.mine is 35days gone.still no reply.
