they're still reviewing whether I'm eligible and checking my background, does that mean I still have a long time to wait?

It's getting so frustrating 21 months and still haven't gotten approved yet lol

in morning i checked by my self in ECAS and i see DM over there. in afternoon i got an email from CIC that i have a new message in my CIC account, when i logged in it was COPR letter

Question for you guys, Received COPR letter for me and my wife. Need to send 2 photograph one should have UCI number and name on the back. question is should i send both my wife and mine in same envelope and send to them or should i send in 2 different envelop ? can anyone can help me in that ? Also does anyone know after sending the COPR with photo to IRCC winnipeg, can i see any status update or link this to cic account ?

they have not asked for the passport, just mentioned this copr letter is valid for one year and in this one year i need to send the photograph to get the PR card.

inland or outland? inland just send passport for both plus copr letter. outland send passports, passport pics and copr letter. if you get the copr letter you don't need them to ask you to submit before you do.
