Hi Guys, My application received was 6 May, 2019(paper based inland). I got DM on 4 September, 2020 and after that I didn’t got COPR letter. It’s been more than a month now should I apply for the GCMS notes or keep waiting for the COPR.

But I didn’t receive anything in my gckey account but in my ecas it’s shows decision made from September 4 and I don’t have any email of my nearest Ircc visa office.

I guess the new processing time of 21 months is calculated for the Outland applications as certain things which is biometrics and medical they cannot do and more vfs are closed !
