Friend of mine AR 19th march 2019 got DM today . He has been wondering does DM means application approved ?

Did your friend or you receive any phone call from ircc after getting DM?

I got mine last year it took a week to get it after approval and it was for one year but it was provincial restricted

5months...not surprised. Sydney office works in a different way brining a long delay. Me, Dm on sep 4th still waiting for copr. Feel like it'll never end.

When did you get the copr received??
My copr expired only 2 months

I just got a call from IRCC from a private number.
They asked if I and my family are currently in Canada, when we landed, port of entry, and if ever we travel outside after we came, then she told me: "congratulations, you are now PR, we will send you the confirmation letter"
