January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hello everyone, are they issuing COPRs to people who have dependants outland? I am the principal applicant, my spouse is in India. My timeline is as follows,
AR: March 6, 2019
AOR: May 5, 2019
ADR: May 11, 2019 (Police Clearance Certificate)
MR: Sept 15, 2019
MP: Sept 29, 2019
PAL: Oct 20, 2019
Married and added spouse: Nov 1, 2019

There has been no update ever since. Not even spouse name added to my file yet. I would like to connect with people on similar boat. If you know anyone in such scenario, please suggest it to me.

Hey guys so I got a ghost update today and when I opened my account it says Sept 15, you passed the medical exam which I already passed last year on Aug 5 when I got the MR, i think they have xtended my medical. AR Dec 2018

So my ar is 20 march
aor 1 may

applied wp extension in october 2019.
got refused 20dec because incomplete application
applied restoration on 11 Jan 2020
got refusal April 8 2020
someone suggested that apply for TRP SO I DID ON APRIL 18 2020

informed my local MPs about the situation and that I can’t travel back because of virus. They asked my status from cic and said it’s in process both my PR and TRP
got DM on 2nd sept and it just changed back to inprocess

This is really complicated. Its best to ask an immigration lawyer then us random guys. Definetly call cic call centre and ask why did they change your status and be persistent there has to be an update on gcms by the case processing officer. That way you can get a concrete idea about your file. Furthermore since you didn't have any valid status the officer might have thought you went back to your country and hence they changed your status. Also this july cic extended the restoration period, previously it was only 90 days but now you can apply to restore your status till 31 Dec 2020 but for that your refusal has to be after Jan 2020.

AOR: May 8, 2019
MR& ADR: July 14,2020
MP: August 13,2020
No DM yet.
Its been almost 18months since I applied hopefully I get any updates.
if anyone is on the same timeline please share your experience thanx.

Hi @duster,

Same thing happened to me. I had DM since March 12th and on June 26th changed back to In Process.
After getting in contact with IRCC Agent, he told me my application was put on hold until further notice because I have dependents abroad.
"Funny" thing is that they have COPR expiring this September 26th and mine was canceled.

Are you inland with outland dependents? Please keep me posted with updates. We are in same boat probably.

Eligibility Jan27/2020
ADR Jan27/2020 They asked me for criminal records from backhome, canadian criminal records for my spouse and RPRF fee.
All documents were submitted on Feb27/2020
Medical exams upfront Feb14/2020
Medical results passed Feb24/2020
GU Sep14/2020, but no change.
Today, Etobicoke landing office sent me an email asking if we are living in Canada. I responded immediately.
GU Sept15/2020 PR approved. COPR was issued but I have not received it yet.

I received the letter too but not opening up some problems with the website complained about technical issues

If you still not able to open the attachment then try to login GCKey account in IE browser, mostly it will download. Sometimes Chrome will not open some attachment in GCKey. I also got the same issue in one of the attachment but worked in IE
