January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

So my application was approved last Friday and I got COPR. When I called IRCC they told me they no longer conduct interviews and will mail the PR card to me directly.
Has anyone received their PR card yet? How long does it take?

I heard Usually it takes 1-2weeks.

As per the IRCC website, it is taking 128 days average to receive the first PR card.
