yeah i will request webform.. i ask her its have been 18 months there is no dm then she said because of covid we are working for limited hours .. it will take longer may b 19 months to process or more

Upon checking your post history it looks like you didn't recieve PAL right? Do you have access to to your gckey and ecas? Also can you confirm your visa office since pretty much all of the 2019 sydney aor have recieved PAL.
