How do you know this? They already checked the completeness of our paperwork before they send AOR, right, so there's no need to go through them again? Thr next steps would be the criminality, security and medicals, right? And I'm sure they type all the information in the computer. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Because pnp are paper based files, but for ee applications, their files were scanned and uploaded into online database system, officers can check their files at any time and any place as long as they have a computer and internet connection, so ee applications could be processed at their home.

This is my point of view, my guess, not in 100% correct though.

Yes, you have a point. We don't really know for sure.

This is not entirely true. Even Paper based applications are entered into the system. If you look at your GCMS notes for PNP paper based, you will find that these are culled from a Seibel based ERP system. So all information is there in system to be worked on.
Whether IRCC further relies on paper based processing for PNP applications and of they are indeed processing these applications is only a matter of conjecture and pure speculation.
