I got a letter today from cic, my file transferred to Singapore visa office.my AOR was 9th July,how long takes time to get MR in this situation?Pal was 10th January, Outland applicant.

Did you receive the letter today? Looks like some part of IRCC is working.

Just got my gcms notes today, looks like ircc, at least part of ircc is still working on our files, which is really a good news..as per my notes I'd like to ask two questions: 1). it shows secondary office is Ottawa, does it mean my file is transferred to Ottawa? 2). the location of my paper file is ready for ps-, what does it mean, paper screening?
