Yes _ they gonna ask you to submit RCMP-PCC at some point , probably before starting background check.

ADR submitted January 08, 2020 except spouse IELTS because the earliest possible date of IELTS exam is after the deadline
Medical requested January 11, 2020

Only submit what is on the checklist. I did not submit PCC from RCMP,they already have access to that and I have passed my criminality. I only submitted PCC from my country

They require PCC from any country outside Canada you lived in for more than 6 months after you turned 18.

l guess that instruction is for those that want to send their application by regular mail.

Well you can be asked for RCMP PCC when you are in Canada. Submit if and when IRCC asks you.

Hi,

I am February AR and still waiting. It seems that it's a silent week again. However, it appears that Outland applicant get PPR faster than Inland. I saw a couple of guys with May AR got their PPR already (saw it on IMMITRACKER).

Anyway, fingers crossed! Hopefully good news is coming!

only if they ask you, also as other users said, the PCC is mandatory at the begining for all thos countries that you lived more than 6 months.

Yes I got MR for my dependent on 19th Dec. And it's passed on 11th Jan.
We did upfront medical but cic asked e-medical only for my wife. And upfront medical will expire on 11.03.2020.
