January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Considering that, nowadays real processing time us 11-12 months, may AR appkicant will get PPR on April, what is your opinion?

Because the steps changed. June AOR applicants got MR then they got PAL. For jule appkicants steps changed. Ircc firstly gave PAL then after that MR. The reason for change was, if they changes the steps, no need prolong medical when it expires.

That's true. I haven't seen any of those of Jul having MR yet. Let's keep attention on it and hope the process will move soon.
