Hello guys!

My wife just delivered our first baby on December 6th, and we just received our baby's birth certificate in the mail today. As per citizenship law, our daughter is automatically a Canadian citizen since she was born here in Canada. Should I notify IRCC about my child's birth?

I called them last week , everything passed but not security,

does anyone know how long it takes to pass security ?
My timline is same as you.Exactly
Same here every thing is passed expect security.

Well i check online nowhere shows the processing time of the SS.But find out ib the forum that for normal security it can take one week to 3 months. And if you security is more deep comphersive Security screening then it can take any where from three months to one year.

Very few applicants are seclected for comphersive security screening.( depends on nationality, and travel history)

Just keep me posted buddy if you got any update

You are required to inform IRCC about changes in your family dynamics.
