And as my application has been received at IRCC at 2 December 2019 would that be referred to as AR? Also, just for my knowledge I have heard of people's applications being processed in 6-8 months and for some it takes more than a year. So what are the possible causes for this?

Inland is inside canada outland is outside canada
I have seen that outland applications are processed a bit faster than the inland ones

I have already submitted the PCC with my application and paid the fees in total.
I called CIC this morning to verify my application status, and an agent told me that:
Madical was passed
Eligibility not started
Security not started
Criminality in progress
Is that can be true? I can't believe it. I just see applicants from December and January having DM and PPR already.

You need to submit only the documents that are asked in the checklist. You can submit PCC also but that may expire if the processing go beyond 6 months then you have to get it again so better submit PCC and medical only when requested. Education and job letters are not needed as per their checklist so no need to submit that.

They haven't started your eligibility that's why you didn't got PAL. Once eligibility is cleared then only the PAL will be send to you.

There you go! Congrats! And thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you #sijoalex

In my opinion, they have to start processing eligibility first, once approved they start my criminality. Maybe because I've submitted my PCC in advance.

Do you know how to fill the the annex a form which we get in email for passport request??? As there is no separate file to fill it? Or do we have to fill that form with pen or by laptop??

Below is the detail of my online account. I would appreciate it a lot if any expert/experienced applicant here can advise me how long I would probably receive PPR? My work permit is gonna expire on December 31. Do I need to apply to extend it? Is there a possibility that I would receive PPR before end of the year?
