January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Cic asked ADR schedule 1 which was uploaded by my lawyer on 20th nov. I called cic they said they still not received papers. Can someone tell me how much time it takes to cic to get papers and how we submit ADR through account or web form .
Agent told me to send again through web form

IRCC they do nothing with the application on Jan, Feb. They still delay taking action with just some paper

ADR 29 Oct ( Updated Sech A and PCC- same moment the Bck ground message flipped from we are processing to Your application in Progress)
PAL 30 OCT
Docs loaded and showed ( We are reviewing your docs on Nov 11 )
Called IRCC said- Eligibility pass, (Criminality and Security) -not started
I am not sure, if IRCC agent is the actual or it is now in Ip1 as per the back ground message tells?
Any help which stage I am at , and how long shall I be waiting till PPR_ Thanks much

I had a question. My medical is passed and approved but if I change my employer right now does it affect my application or processing time of it? And I am on close work permit

As practice shows any actions taken during the process will slow it. If you add a spouse or a child, change the job or whatever change after you inform them your folder is being opened, changes adding and it moves to the bottom. It can cause a delay of several months so it's up to you. I wouldn't initiate any changes until ppr.
