Havent received any AOR yet for September application

QQ: How did you get to know your parcel was lost. Have you contacted Canada Post or IRCC directly to check if they received the parcel?

My consultant told me he did not get the delivery message. and he created the service ticket at canada post. they returned their money but they had no idea where the hell did my file go. Now my new file which is already at nova scotia, i sent it through Fedex, but the old file still says In-Transit. i sent an email to IRCC they replied and said they didn't receive.
