After getting MPNP nomination, following is my timeline.

23-09-2019: Sent paper based application to Canada from Germany.
AOR: Waiting...

AR: June 12, 2019 (paper based) CIO
AOR: Day 96 still waiting...panicking a little...
Any idea why is this long wait?

Background check , Eligibility check and then final review followed by the passport request . you still have a long way to go . good luck.
