After completing medical exam, the medical reports will be sent directly by panel physician? Any action required by my side? Do I need to send the information sheet to IRCC?

I recieved my AOR on 30 April 2019 Now 'in process'
One of my known get his AOR in oct 2018 and he get his passport request today. After AOR it takes him only 9 months.

Can you share the 9months timeline
