January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

My medical has been submitted on 31 January 2022. its my second medical first medical was before covid. but now It is updated on GCKEY But we hadn't get any further notification about next step do u have any idea how much time it will take to get PPR....

I got ADR from Etobicoke office in January but nothing after that

i have applied in NSNP EE program on October 28, 2021. I called ircc and they said everything is passed just the final decision is pending since march 9, 2022. My file is in etobicoke.

is this normal?
Is anyone else in the same situation
