January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Couple of outland applicants receievd PPR today. They are all from singapore visa office. Hopefully we will get the PPR soon .

What's your security status? is it BLANK or not started?
and what's your PAPER FILE LOCATION? Is it READY FOR PS or PS or BLANK?

According to gcms notes security status is "Not initiated", but it is on August 2020, hope it was initiated already.
