January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hello,
I have a question. I am a BC PNP paper applicant, Inland. My Ar- June 2019 and AOR- July 2019. I haven't received medical yet. Does federal contacts the employer to check if I am still working at the current job or No? I want to quit my job so I was thinking if I should do it or stay.

My question is
Was medical was passed on September 14 or it was submitted or done by you in clinic in September 14
Because I done mine on first week of October Nd was passed on October 23rd

It was extented on Sep 14 2020. Medical was done in Sep last year, passed early Oct.2019.

I have the same time line AOR May 2019 .
Call IRCC yesterday security not start....
What about you ? Security is done ?

The agent told me security hasnt been started although i ordered gcms to really check on whats really happening.
