January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

I didn’t check it before because I wasn’t expecting at all.
But when I noticed that you gave got DM then right away I checked and it is showing decision made.
But still I’m not worried as some people have got DM and then status changed in to in process.
Today.. I just check recently. I got ghost update Yesterday when I checked in the evening

I m from August 2019 everything is passed except security and I dont know when my number will come. noc 2171
Dont worry i called CIC they told me everything is approved and final decision has been made, and will get COPR in few days ,
Congratulations guys, it's funny how a few weeks ago it seemed there was no hope, we are getting rains of DM for the past couple of days and no one remembers to thank IRCC.

Yes in the morning, I checked ecas and it says 'complete' and I entered Vancouver office
