wow its seems ircc is working fast but the processing time is getting out of hand ...20 months now ..

Problem is for outland not inland.
Well, I am inland applicant, but still waiting tho.

My time line is
AR March 28 2019
AOR May 10 2019
Med passed May 16 2019 upfront
ADR RPRF paid Nov 1st 2019
Except security check other things passed according to GCMS notes.

I am so frustrated now.

Border is closed. Even COPR from Outland can not enter Canada except coming from USA.
Inland doesn’t have this issue but still has little progress. Some DM today tho, but still way slower than it should be ...

IRCC is a mystery.

Yes it is true.but it is my opinion like inland applicant's they can do outland applicants give theire DM who has passed everything.then atleast peace of mind that you are thorough. When border open they can request for ppr.

IMO, no matter inland or Outland, IRCC should keep us updated rather than deadly silent for almost a year . Also, no logic in their recent actions: randomly issue COOR regardless of submission date? Some are waiting for almost three years , and today some lucky one got COPR in about 9 months. Same paper PNP.
Oh Dear. What can we do?

My ar 24 April 2019 and aor 10 June 2019 medical passed 18 oct 2019 and rtrf request 21 august 2020 ? Please guys tell me what is next ? M little worried

They are definitely working on applications around your dates, so next might be an 'Additional Document request' or ADR. They might ask for new Schedule A, family information and supplementary travel forms along with employment verification. This will be followed by a phone call to confirm your details and officially grant you PR.

In my case, they had asked for ADR and rprf at the same time, but every officer does things a little differently. You can see my signature for more details.
