January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi guys, I just got COPR.
I am Inland PNP, office in Sydney. Below is my timeline.
AR Mar 6 2019
Aor May 1 2019
MR Sep 9 2019
DM Mar17 2020
COPR July 13 2020
FYI, my friend also get COPR last week. He is 2 months ahead of mine and he is Ontario office. I think all IRCC offices are working really hard now.

It's so frustrating that COVID delayed our process, but don't give up hope! IRCC is working now no matter what other people say, just be ready for COPR, be ready for future! I hope we all get COPR soon!!

Yes, we can. Just use COPR and passport.

it is a good day today as I’ve got CoPR after 3 months of DM status.
my application was received on March 2019. DM since March 2020 but no more update until now.
i am inland applications BC PNP. Processed by Sydney, Nova Scotia.
I guess many application got CoPR today.

Hi folks. what does "Officer final review" means? The officer gonna review all documents again? For example, travel history and background information and then make the final decision? Or just a simple check? Thank you!

I do not know what it means, but my buddy has a record in his notes that his file was sent for final review in August 2019 and no any progress since then (almost a year). He is on 30th month of processing (BCPNP paper based inland, single).

So, Sydney office is issuing COPRs for 2019 applicants with approved status. Even in past, COPRs had been issued batch wise mostly and now they are priortizing applications which are already approved( that makes sense)... Don't you think guys in the next batch of COPR, there will applicants from March/April/May 2019? As few applicants of these months recieved ghost updates, there could be a possibility that they have passed security verification..
