Yes, I got it from ecas.
My case was transferred to Montreal in March. I received two calls from IRCC yesterday, the same person. The first phone call asked me about my marriage, whether I plan to live in my province, and whether I have changed employers. The second call, asked me if I am in Canada and the detailed address. And this morning I saw ecas, the status changed from Application recived to Decision Made. And an hour later, I received Copr in my e-mail.
No I didn't get medical request, I did upfront.
Thank you for the explanation. Hope they now are processing our applications. In my ECAS account, the status has changed to DM more than six months ago and still does not have an update.
I got GCMS note today
My file transfer to NEW DELHI still in transit (TRF eligibility)
Inland applicant….
What could be the reason ???

Have you called IRCC? If they say they are all pass, you can try to email your province IRCC office and tell them that you have been DM for a long time and are in Canada.
I am getting positive vibes after almost 8 months and I think we are almost there.
I found another person who has been DM for more than 6 months. She’s just been informed by the MP yesterday that her copr has expired two months ago. She called and sent webform to ircc many times during these 6 months but no one told her the copr has been granted and already expired for few months....
