Hello,
I have been waiting and waiting Since January 2019 to hear something back from IRCC. besides AOR I heard nothing back and no update after April 2019. PM couldn't help me . I recently learnt about GCMS notes and requested them and just awaiting results. Does anyone know any other contact number to a case officer or case center? Any number or email anything I can get so I can bomb them with emails ? much much appreciated in advance.

Either cic webform or if you have your email for your local office then you can send email and give it a shot.

I honestly lost count of how many times I sent them web form or called them. Maybe 100 times or more. there is nobody to answer really or they give me the same answer that your case is in process without any more information about it. I do not have my local office email. they dont exactly hand it out lol. any idea where I can find it?

Mostly the same email which you received your test invite.

google search for the Judges emails and send them emails explain your case , but you must have a clear case with supporting documents and evidences otherwise don't send email
