I think they forward your application to the office near to your residential address not your mailing address.

You can call IRCC to check about the processing office for free or you may order ATIP notes for $5 using the link

Generally not for In process status change but you will get one for test invite/schedule and then for oath.

Again, Does anybody know if there is a new timesheet for jan2019 applications or if this one will not be updated anymore?
I don't think there is any other sheet and the existing excel sheet is not being updated regularly since the pandemic hit.

Not to blame anyone but the "analysis" based on the records in the file will be screwed as not everyone/admins might have bothered to update their current status due to such a long hold/delay in case processing.

Anyway, I can volunteer to update future records if given the access.

Great, thanks for the reply!

If you are really available to help with the timesheet maybe you could write to: CaCitizenship@gmail.com

Regards,

I logged into ecas last week and found my application changed to Decision Made. I didn't check for a while before that.

I'm yet to receive a letter or an email for oath ceremony. What's the wait time between DM and oath ceremony these days?

Hello there,

Unfortunately, anything is possible, I think they are still in delay with a lot of people that changed to decision made in the first quarter of the year.

Mine I changed to decision made in the end of Jan, and got the ceremony sept. 1st. but usually now the people from the first quarter again are having the ceremony. Yet it should speed up as it goes.

I hope yours are faster, good luck
