Do you have a Client ID? or Receipt Number?
Then try checking using ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=
If it says, it can't find your application, most probably they lost you application or they returned and you didn't get it back. Either way, you need to submit a new application. You shall use the same fee receipt though. But call IRCC first and confirm before sending them new application.

I just used my UCI and checked on the link you gave. What I can see is that my application is in process.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 11, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 6, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on March 19, 2019.

Hoever, I didnot recieve any correspondence, Niether through email nor through mail. Now I am worried may be I am already given the test/interview date that didnot reach to me. Do the test/interview dates appear on online account too? What should I be doing and where should I contact to let them know that I didnot recieve any correspondence in any form.

That's most unlikely. The first correspondence it is talking about is just AOR. Not Test invite. Don't worry.
I think, they got your email wrong or it went to Junk. Call IRCC at 888-242-2100.

i think Vancouver is faster than Surrey, BC office, I still see end of January applicants didn't get IP. I am close to the 30 day mark waiting for IP.

Is Toronto much slower than other cities? I haven't received any communication since the first email saying that "This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required."

Just wondering. My status hasn't been changed in ECAS, since I got invitation for test. The last row I have there is 3. We started processing your application on April 9, 2019. Should it be changed soon? Or not?

I am calling them. Thing to worry about is that since I didnot get any correspondence from CIC either through email or mail. Test invite is send through mail or email? In both cases I will be unaware since I didnot get anything in both forms earlier.

you name must be a common name or someone with your name has a criminal record, they want to verify its not you.
