Hello, I am paying my Citizenship fees.

I am applying a single application for myself.

I need to pay
1. Adult 18 & over processing fee and eight of citizenship $630

Do I also need to pay for Citizenship Certificate (proof of citizenship) $75?

Any other fee I need to pay?

I took the course of Citizenship Preparation online and when I finished the course they gave me certificate and fill out the form immediately and send my application via express mail last Jan. 29. Then when I check my email another certificate was sent to me indicating the subject proof of language so I thought I send the wrong certificate. My question is how long will they send back my application because of incomplete requirements? TIA

Do i need to wait for Oath/Citizenship certificate to be issued first and then initiate a name change?

Someone from October 2018 applicants posted that his application was returned December 2018. So, the timeframe is approximately similar to receiving AOR. FYI, it was returned because the Academic IELTS was submitted instead of General.

Thanks, everyone who helped me. I have sent my application yesterday and they will receive on Tuesday.

One more question I ticked “Yes” for 2018 tax required and “No” for 2018 tax filed as I haven’t received T4. Do you think they can return my application on this base?

What name do you want to appear on your citizenship certificate? Your new name or your old name? If you want your new name to be on your certificate then might as well apply with your new name and submit supporting documents for your name change.

I thinkrajkalrra haven’t changed the name yet but wants to change it

I am also in same situation, i sent my application in DEC and i want to add my last name but don’t know should i do after oath and everything or can i do it now and send them an update (documentation ) because after citizenship it takes 5 months to get updated citizenship certificate
