Got my beautiful application back in mail saying "incomplete application". My bad i submitted IELTS academic as language proof. Only general accepted.
Have to say good bye to all here and join March group soon. I still wonder why IELTS academic is not a proof of language proficiency though

I was in your same situation my application was sent back due to one paper missing from my son. I have one question, did you print back and signed again the forms with the actual date, and did you have to change the physical presence days too? What’s your advice?

Hi! No, I actually only ticked the box and provided extra info. Used the same physical presence calculator sheet and same sheet with signature and date. I would call them to be sure though since yours is a different case.

Oh my! I also sent my academic IELTS along with my diploma. Did you send any other proof of language?
