Hi need urgent help.
Aor 8th Jan
Mep 15th feb
Biometric completed 5tb March
After that no updates and my eligibility and background are under process from 5th March.
Didn't order any gcms notes.
Yesterday I mailed Ralph goodale and he replied that my eligibility is not met
Criminality is passed and security checks are not started. Also medicals are valid till 19th dec.
What to do now?
I don't know at what point my eligibility has not passed.
If I nw order gcms it will take long time to come.
Any other alternative to know at what point my eligibility is not met.
Plz help guys.
Hey All,
I had received below reply from Ralph's office, I was wondering what exactly does this "Eligibility not met" indicates? My AOR Jan 10, 2019.
Eligibility was not met.
Criminality passed.
Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Nov 26/19.

Sincerely,
Robyn Sullivan
Office of the Hon. Ralph Goodale, MP
Regina-Wascana

Can someone help me in understanding what does this mean or is this normal or something to worry? I'm super confused at this state.
Appreciate your help on this.
I got a similar response. Eligibility was not met. Did you get any update on the final decision. Appreciate your help

Try calling them up and see if any agent is able to reveal more details about eligibility issue.

Second thing you can do is review your documents especially related to work experience, education evaluation and see if you selected correct NoC codes while filing, selected correct education while filing. If you see any document has issue you can submit revised one using web form/case specific inquiry.

I got a similar response except that the criminality is progress and the eligibility was not met. What happened further in your case. Thanks for sharing
@Vishala1 already got his PPR. I would suggest ordering GCMS notes if you haven't already.. If you are sure of something major that is missing/incorrect in your application, use the webform to submit updated documentation. If not, wait for the GCMS notes and then make corrections accordingly. It is best to be proactive in this situation..

AOR - 22nd Dec, ReMedical request September , done in 3rd week of September, yet to reflect.
Current Eligibility check status - In process, From GCMS notes it was "Recommend Passed"
Background check - In process.

Further to this Remedical status is updated in the portal, now it says medical passed on 9th October.

Oh that makes sense cos last week of September was when I got the ADR. I hope they return back to our files soon.
That's mere speculation. I am January 15th and nothing has been done on my file till date. No ADR, Ghost, PPR and worse is, they have refused to release my GCMS notes. I am beyond frustrated with the process. Between July 26 and August 5, RR was placed on my settlement funds. I found out because I called on August 5th. Till date, no ADR has been sent and rather than release my notes so I know how best to tackle the issue, they have held on to it. So i'm just here......in the dark.......depressed and frustrated.

Dear Wunmi, my AOR is JAN 10, from Lagos like you.
I did make up my mind since January that my first post would be my 'Thank God its PPR GUYS',.
You are one of the few people who fumes positivitty on this group. Knowing what depression is here in Lagos, i just had to break that my wish of first post to reach out to you. Please don't be depressed. I am exactly 9 months from AOR today and NO ADR, GU. or PPR. Still we just have to hang in. No other option ''omo iya mi'. BE YOU (STRONG) DEAR

Aww, thanks bro! I really appreciate this. Some days i'm unbothered, but when work plus Lagos hustle and Nigerian economy hits you ehn, the frustration just kicks in. I've filed a complaint for the delay of my notes and also mailed Erin.....so fingers crossed.:)

Even my file is stuck on Funds. Its review required on Fixed Deposits. As per my understanding, it is just the opening of file by visa officer. Coz mine was last touched in march. I have raised enquiry mails and all but no use.

I have no travel history, single applicant, regular work experience- wondering what makes my file complex.

But all we can do is wait nd keep calm.

2^8 days since AOR today.. feels like a great number to get PPR ! :p:D
