I got it at 3 am. Around closing time of Canada office 17:00 EDT. I think they push all PPR request together via automated system. Just my guess. Because all my requests like RPRF and PPR came at that time only.

If you would like to share that after paying rprf, how long did it take for you to get ppr?

I just wanna say believe in your god. Sooner or later golden mail will arrive.
In my case about 3 weeks ago I mailed. Ralph goodale and he said my eligibility was not met.
I inquired to ircc agent bt they said they have no idea about it.
Ordered gcms last week but not recieved..
So I just wanna say don't believe on communication recieved apart from ircc.

Finally got biometrics request on 24th july and completed it today.

Was bit worried as it was long time and they didn't ask for biometrics.

P.S: My case is bit different as I got married after AOR.
