I got to know today that my VO is Edmonton. Anyone here has their application processed there?

When was this triggered? Was there a ghost update?

My friends got a ghost update on Thursday morning. They called same night but got no new info. Their eligibility was completed and BG was started as per an earlier call, although these updates don't reflect on the account. Edit their AoR is Jan 14

Oh no, I don't know anything. I called and the agent said - they are verifying the background. May be, my wording is incorrect. It is possible they are not doing anything.

I have not gotten any ghost updates so far...I wish though

This is what I was told as well originally, then called again and was told it's in progress. I strongly believe if background verifications have been triggered it might mean you're in security screening.

I might have said incorrectly saying 'background verification triggered' ....iI called and the agent said - they are verifying the background. May be, my wording is incorrect. It is possible they are not doing anything.

Surprisingly, Sydney VO has average processing time of 116.5 days but I am in already 147th day

Hi , I am an Indian citizen and I applied under FSW program.
What is the current time taken after Medicals and biometrics to receive PPR ?

I received my AOR on 3, January 2019. Medicals cleared on February 13, 2019 and biometrics completed on February 21, 2019.
I haven’t heard from CIC after that so was a little anxious.

Hi Guys,
My AOR date is on Jan 24. MEP date Mar 04. (Not sure where my VO is located)
I have been sitting at IP1 for over 5 months. NOTHING has changed so far.
When will I get a second update for IP2? Or any possibility that my case will jump directly to PPR without indicating IP2?I heard some people got their PPR without IP2...

My spouse's medicals expired last week. Now the profile got updated from Medicals Passed to 'You do not need a medical exam.'.

Is this an automatic update? And do they request a new medical test OR extend the medical validity?
