You should wait till a case officer picks up your case. When he does he should clear it.

What clarification did you provide? FD’s can be broken any day before maturity.
Hope is the key. I am in same boat. Sidney VO and no update since first ghost in Feb for criminality. Jan 14 AOR.Nice to see that Sydney CIO is starting to send out PPRs these few days. Unfortunately I wasn’t one of them but hopefully next week is the week!

I just called the agent on 04Sep and was told that my file almost done, everything completed and waiting to finalize. This information is same with the agent confirmed me on 07 Aug. Do you guys have the same status and how long to be "approved"?

Called IRCC yesterday and the agent told me that two days back there was some action in your file. I asked specifically about my eligibility and security status but he told that I will receive some information very soon and that my file looks good. And today I got the golden email.
I thank you all for your valuable support throughout this journey as times had been really painful. My sincere prayers for all awaiting PPR.
I am not aware if I ever got any ghost update as my consultant never gave me id and password of my cic account. And I never received any ADR.
May God shower his kindness to all my friends in this group and you too get your PPR soon.

Raise a webform and attach the receipt of original payment made. After raising the webform also call up at IRCC...see if you can additionally email to the VO

You would have received email or in your online account under documents, you can see the payment made. It is not a receipt but the screenshot might help. Next week is really our hope. Good luck to you and all.
